This year’s Dinoo Bhai Pant Memorial Life Time Achievement Award will be given to veteran Dogri writer and a multifaceted personality in the field of art, Narsingh Dev Jamwal.
This was announced jointly by Dr. Manoj Sharma, Chairperson, Dinoo Bhai Pant Memorial Trust and Prof. Lalit Magotra, President Dogri Sanstha, Jammu.
This prestigious Award is given annually. The earlier recipients of this coveted Award include Smt. Padma Sachdev and Sh. Ved Rahi.
The Award ceremony will be held on 24th May, 2019 in Abhinav Theatre, Jammu. The Award carries a cash prize of Rupees Fifty-one thousand, a medallion, a shawl and citation.
The Award has been instituted by the Dinoo Bhai Pant Memorial Trust, run by the family of Late Dinoo Bhai Pant and is given under the aegis of Dogri Sanstha Jammu.
